Shipping Policy

Parts:

All machine parts shall be sent via courier channel partners like DTDC, gate, India post etc.
Part weight less the 1 kg shall be eligible for free delivery Parts more the 1 kg shall attract Rs70/500gm
Perfume bottles come with the variant in 500 gm bottle or 1 kg bottle Perfumes will attract Rs 70/500 gm

Machine and raw materials:

All machines and parts shall be sent by land transport across India.
Kolkata has the oldest transportation system; goods can be delivered all India from burrabazar
Transport offices and go down are located at burrabazar and poster area.
Customers while booking customer need to provide their desired transport company name, pickup address and phone number
For any part in west Bengal and pan India
If the customer doesn’t have the details then he can choose our pre listed transport partner like VRL Logistics , TCI etc

Charges:

Our warehouse is locating near madhyamgram Kolkata which is nearly 35 km away for burrabazar pick up point. If the order booking is retail (less than one quote Tata Ace Ht) additional charges are applicable to send the goods from our warehouse to burrabazar pick up point through local transport

1. Rs 100 per bag for Charcoal, wood dust, gum, Joss, raw sticks etc.
2. For china stick rate is different because the stick is just 30 kg so we can stitch two bags into one to lower the transport cost if the customer order in multiple of 2 for example, if you order 1 bag of china stick it will cost you 100 Rs but if you order 2 bags the transport will be same Rs 100
3. All the consignment shall be to pay
4. Hung Tuan machine will be sent from Kolkata, however rest machinery like mixture machine , drier machine , dipping machine and sealing machine shall be sent from Gujarat , so that the right transport will be arranged accordingly.
5. Once the payment received it shall take two to three business days to reach to your desired transport.
6. We will provide you the consignment copy to confirm the consignment for tracking purposes
7. If the customer wants to book full truck, it can be booked according to the need of the customer for home delivery.
8. It has a permissible loading capacity of 750 kg (1650 lb).
9. If required, we can arrange a bigger vehicle for full truck delivery.
10. Rate shall be approx RS 15/km
11. All booking shall be for round trip
12. Toll tax shall be extra
13. The party shall provide a gst number if they want the gst return. We file gst on a monthly basis.
