Black premix is a combination of raw meterials , You just have to add 600gm of water /Kg . It saves time and energy and increase effeciency.

Charcoal 600gm + wood dust 340 gm+ 60 gm gum + 100gm joss powder (optional) + 300gm china stick for 1 kg black premix.

We recommerd China AAA first layer bamboo stick for best result. It has only 0.5% wastage and the smoothness helps the machine to run non stop.

The sticks made by machine which dosenot have perfume are called raw stick .

You can manufacture 8' 9' and 12' sticks.

You can buy white premix and add any desired colour accordingly.

Once wet raw stick is ready you can use drier machine to dry ur raw stick or you can put it on sunlight for 8 hrs or more till its drys.

Its ok if the stick is bending slightly, make sure its not over dried.

You need DEP oil and perfume in a combination of 1:3 ( 1 kg perfume + 3 Kg DEP oil = 4 Kg ready to dip solution) recomended

You can dip 10kg of raw stick for full dip and 15 kg for half dip.

You can sell raw stick in bulk quantity through our website. Its always recommended to sell 60% of your production as raw stick and rest 40% should be sold by branding though different sales channel (B2C).
